Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days after being placed. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a DHL tracking number, so you can monitor the shipment and know when to expect it.
We use DHL Home Delivery for shipments within the continental U.S. and can only deliver to physical addresses — PO Boxes are not supported. After your order is packed and a shipping label is generated, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories is available, but additional shipping fees apply. Costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address.

We ship to many countries outside the U.S. Shipping and duties are calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
All transit times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to weather, routing, or carrier delays. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even for expedited options.
Packages refused by the recipient and returned to us are treated as a standard return. Refunds will be issued once the item is received at Fast Cat Wheel's warehouse.
For shipments outside the continental U.S., return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. If any items are damaged during shipping, please contact us to arrange replacement parts.
Sometimes DHL may mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 24 hours past the delivery date.
Important: Replacements cannot be returned for a refund. If you do not want the replacement, we can issue store credit for the item's value instead.
💡 Pro Tip: We recommend providing an alternate delivery address or shipping to a nearby DHL store for pickup to ensure a successful delivery.
