60-Day Return Policy

We offer a hassle-free 60-day return window. If you decide the Fast Cat Wheel isn't the right fit, you can send it back within 60 days of receiving your order—as long as the wheel is taken apart and placed back into its original packaging.

Returning your wheel is simple:

Common Questions

Yes — absolutely. We actually recommend assembling the product and letting your cat test it before deciding. For the return, you'll just need to take it apart so it can fit back into the original packaging.

To begin the return process, head over to our online returns portal. You'll be guided step-by-step as you generate your RMA and receive detailed instructions.

Please make sure the product is disassembled and gently cleaned (remove dust, hair, etc.) before placing it back in the original box.

You can still complete a return, but in this case we cannot provide a complimentary return label. Shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Please note: we are unable to send empty boxes for return shipments.

Yes, that's completely fine. You'll need to remove the traction pads to disassemble the wheel anyway, and they can be discarded.

Any leftover adhesive on the plastic parts won't affect your refund — we handle that as part of our recycling process.

Free return shipping is available for customers within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, as long as the item is shipped back in the original box. We'll provide a prepaid label.

You will need to cover return shipping costs if:

  • You are located in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or outside the U.S.
  • You are returning the product in any box other than the original
  • You prefer to use your own carrier

In these cases, you'll need to purchase a trackable shipping label from a carrier of your choice.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • More than 60 days have passed since the order was delivered
  • The item is contaminated with urine, feces, blood, or other biohazards
  • The product has been customized (e.g., embroidery)
  • The product is significantly damaged or destroyed
    (Light wear from assembly/disassembly on wheels is acceptable)
  • The item was provided free of charge (replacement order, warranty coverage, lost package replacement)
  • The item was purchased through a third-party seller and not directly from us

Returns and Exchanges Policy

For U.S. Orders (Contiguous 48 States Only)

Products purchased directly from fastcatwheel.store can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase as long as they remain in good, usable condition. Please review the guidelines and restrictions below:

  • Cat Exercise Wheels and Giant Scratching Towers must be cleaned, fully disassembled, and returned in the original packaging to qualify.
  • Items that contain bodily fluids (such as urine, feces, or blood) are strictly non-returnable.
  • Personalized products are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Non-personalized replacement items sent at no cost for issues such as warranty claims or missing shipments cannot be refunded, but may be returned for store credit, provided they meet standard return requirements.
  • A prepaid return label will be issued for returns shipped from the contiguous U.S., as long as the product is sent back in the original box.
  • We cannot provide prepaid labels for customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories—customers in these locations must arrange and pay for their own return shipping.
  • All returns must be shipped using a method that provides tracking. If the shipment cannot be verified, no refund can be processed.
  • Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and we cannot reimburse postage for customer-purchased return labels.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is returned to Fast Cat Wheel. Refunds cannot be issued for products not received, regardless of the reason.
  • Fast Cat Wheel does not provide disassembly assistance or pickup services.
  • Packages sent within the contiguous U.S. that are refused and returned to sender will be processed as a standard return.
  • Personalized items that are refused or returned to sender cannot be refunded, but may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
  • Products bought through other platforms (Amazon, Chewy, eBay, etc.) must be returned through those platforms according to their policies.
  • If you no longer have the original box, you may still return the item at your own expense, as long as all other requirements are met. We cannot supply replacement boxes or return labels.

For International Orders + Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

Items purchased through fastcatwheel.store may be returned for a full refund within 60 days, as long as they are in good condition. The following rules apply:

  • Cat Exercise Wheels and Giant Scratching Towers must be clean, fully disassembled, and shipped back in the original packaging.
  • Items containing bodily fluids cannot be returned.
  • Personalized items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Non-personalized replacement items provided for warranty issues or lost shipments cannot be refunded but may be returned for store credit under standard criteria.
  • All shipping costs, duties, and taxes are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for all return postage.
  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable service. If the package cannot be verified as shipped, we cannot issue a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for making sure the return reaches Fast Cat Wheel. Refunds cannot be issued for items that do not arrive.
  • We cannot arrange product pickup or assist with disassembly.
  • Refused international packages will be processed as a standard return; however, the refund will be reduced by all freight charges, including original shipping, duties, and return shipping fees.
  • Personalized items that are returned to sender or rejected cannot be refunded but may be shipped again at the customer's cost.
  • Products bought through Amazon, Chewy, eBay, or other marketplaces must be returned through those sellers.
  • We cannot provide prepaid return labels for any international orders or for orders outside the contiguous U.S.
