• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, reliability, availability, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
• Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website or our products are subject to the laws of the state of California.
• This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

Warranty & Guarantees

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within the first 60 days of receipt provided that the item is in clean condition and returned disassembled. Items that have been personalized (such as harnesses or cat beds) cannot be returned or exchanged.

U.S. Contiguous 48 States

• Fast Cat Wheel provides free return labels for orders located within the contiguous 48 United States as long as that the item is being shipped back in the original box and meets our return criteria (clean condition and disassembled).
• A full refund for the item will be issued once it has been received back and inspected. If the return is a cat wheel and the pads have been used, the pads do not need to be sent back. There is no deduction from the refund for missing or used pads.
• Prepaid labels can be provided for FedEx only due to an exclusivity agreement with that carrier. If the customer cannot ship via FedEx, they will need to pay for a label from a carrier of their choice.
• If the customer purchases their own label to ship back their return, they will not be reimbursed. Please keep a reference of the tracking number in case of any issues with delivery. If Fast Cat Wheel does not receive the return and there is no tracking record to show it was sent back, no refund can be issued.
• If the customer receives a prepaid label from Fast Cat Wheel but uses it on a box that is not the original, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund once the order has been received back and processed. If this cost exceeds the value of the order, no refund will be given.
• To use a Fast Cat Wheel prepaid return label, the item must be dropped off at a FedEx store or ship center. Fast Cat Wheel does not arrange or pay for pick ups.

International & Non-Contiguous U.S.

• For orders outside the 48 contiguous US (Alaska, Hawaii, territories, and international), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Any initial shipping fees for the order are not refundable, and return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Pricing & Promotions

• The price for products on this website are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Please check our website for price changes to be informed of current pricing.
• Fast Cat Wheel occasionally runs sales and promotions. These apply only to new orders being placed and cannot be applied to past orders. Fast Cat Wheel does not have any price match guarantees.
• Only one coupon or promotion can be applied to an order and discounts cannot be combined.

Order Cancellations & Changes

• Fast Cat Wheel processes and ships orders quickly. Cancellation requests will be honored when possible, but once an order is placed a successful cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If the item ships before it can be canceled, it can be returned for a refund. Items that have already been personalized cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Shipping address corrections can be made for free only up until the item ships. Once it has shipped, UPS and FedEx charge a fee for any address changes which must be paid by the customer before the change can be made. The customer can request the carrier to hold the package for pickup instead if they do not wish to pay the fee.

Lost or Missing Packages

This agreement shall be interpreted by the laws of the State of California. Any litigation under this agreement shall be resolved in trial courts of Los Angeles County, State of California.

("Fast Cat Wheel") reaches out to social media users to seek their permission to feature our favorite content on our various sites, social channels, and various promotional materials. You are reading this because Fast Cat Wheel has requested your permission to use your social media content in this way.

If you choose to allow us to use your social media content ("User Content"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

Fast Cat Wheel reserves the right to alter these Terms of Use without advance notice by posting a revised Terms of Use. Accordingly, you should review the Terms of Use each time you grant permission or authorization to feature your User Content.

User Content License

You hereby grant to Fast Cat Wheel and its related companies, agents, licensees, sublicensees, contractors, successors, legal representatives, assigns, and third-party service providers, and their respective retail partners, marketing or public relations agencies, and other affiliates (the "Licensed Parties") a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable right to use your User Content in any manner to be determined in the Licensed Parties' sole discretion, including but not limited to on webpages and social media pages operated by the Licensed Parties, in promotional e-mails and advertisements, and in any and all other marketing, promotional and advertising initiatives, and in any media now or hereafter known. The Licensed Parties may use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your User Content in any manner in their sole discretion, with no obligation to you whatsoever.

You grant the Licensed Parties the right to use your username, real name, image, likeness, descriptions of you, location, or other identifying information, including but not limited to your voice, in connection with any use of your User Content.

You hereby agree and represent and warrant that:

• You are solely responsible for your User Content
• You own all rights in and to your User Content and/or have obtained appropriate rights and permissions from any and all other persons and/or entities who own, manage or otherwise claim any rights with respect to such User Content
• You are not a minor
• The Licensed Parties' use of your User Content as described herein will not violate the rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, moral, proprietary or other rights, of any third party, or any law, rule or regulation
• The User Content is not libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, indecent, threatening, harassing, hateful, or offensive or otherwise unlawful

You hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold the Licensed Parties, and any person acting on their behalf, harmless from any liability related in any way to the Licensed Parties' use of your User Content.

The User Content that you submit is deemed non-confidential and the Licensed Parties have no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any information, in whatever form, contained in any submission, except pursuant to the Licensed Parties' respective privacy policies. By using this Site or the Services, you are consenting to the Licensed Parties' collection of any personal information you provide for the Licensed Parties' use and disclosure in connection with the use of your User Content as described herein. If you do not agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in this way, please do not use this Site or the Services or otherwise provide the Licensed Parties with personal information. Your personal information may be transferred to servers located outside the country in which you live or to third parties in other countries so that they may process personal information on the Licensed Parties behalf. By using the Site or the Services or otherwise providing the Licensed Parties with personal information, you agree to the foregoing collection, use, disclosure, transfer, and processing of your information in accordance with the terms of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws and regulations.

The Licensed Parties reserve the right to remove any User Content from the Site and the Fast Cat Wheel Properties. If you believe any content, including User Content, residing on the Site or on the Fast Cat Wheel Properties or displayed or used in connection with the Fast Cat Wheel Services infringes any person's or entity's copyright rights, please refer to the Fast Cat Wheel Copyright Policy.

• If any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms of Use are invalid, then that provision will be removed without affecting the rest of the Terms of Use.
