At Fast Cat Wheel, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you and your cat to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that not every cat will take to the wheel immediately, which is why we offer a generous return policy.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your Cat Exercise Wheel for a full refund if:

• Your cat doesn't take to the wheel
• The product doesn't meet your expectations
• You're not satisfied for any reason

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be within 60 days of the delivery date
• Be in its original condition (normal wear and tear accepted)
• Include all original components and accessories
• Be properly packaged for return shipping

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return:

1. Contact our customer service team at returns@fastcatwheel.store
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
4. Pack the item securely and attach the label
5. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

• We'll inspect the product within 2-3 business days
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
• You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for all returns within the 60-day window. Simply use the prepaid label we provide, and you won't incur any shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your product for a different variant (color or traction pad style):

• We'll arrange a direct exchange
• No need to process a full return and repurchase
• Free shipping on exchanges within 60 days

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or is defective:

• Contact us immediately at support@fastcatwheel.store
• Provide photos of the damage
• We'll send a replacement at no charge
• No need to return the damaged item unless we request it

Warranty Coverage

All products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This is separate from our 60-day return policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products returned after 60 days
• Items damaged due to misuse or abuse
• Custom or personalized products (if offered)

Sustainability Commitment

We're committed to sustainability. Returned wheels are:

• Inspected and refurbished when possible
• Recycled - plastic is ground and re-molded
• Steel bars and inline wheels are reused
• Only traction pads and rubber bumpers are non-recyclable
